If you're looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in a convenient location, this hotel is definitely worth considering. the hotel is situated in a calm residential area, but still quite close to downtown with convenient tram access. Guests have praised the clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff who offer free coffee and cakes in the afternoon. the breakfast is also very comprehensive, but might seem a bit costly to some. the only downside mentioned was the difficulty getting in and out of the shower, but other than that the hotel seems to provide excellent value for money.

The staff are great and very helpful. nice breakfast. the hotel is clean
This hotel does not deserve the praise it has got. It is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion, possibly 3 star. the rooms are clean, and adequate however...old style small tv and the separate single beds pushed together, and the old style bathroom significantly dates the hotel. the location is 1/2 a km from the tram stop. if you had a car this would not be an issue assuming you want to stay outside of town, however I cannot imagine you would want to stay on a busy traffic street that is noisy and full of cars and trucks day and night, but meanwhile has no shops or cafes, literally just a long boring commercial/residential st. and IF you go, ensure you get a room away from the road. at night you hear all traffic.

For the first time in my life i found the rolling shutter in a hotel!!! Consequently, we had perfect dark conditions. The hotel staff was very, very kind and polite. Good breakfast. Good wi-fi internet connection.
No Italian channels on tv, and besides the tv itself was very small. A little dusty in some points. Aesthetically the room doesn't look like a 4 stars hotel's one.

Excellent hotel situated in a quiet, residential part of the city. The centre easily accessible by tram after a ten minute walk. Very helpful staff; nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant over the road provided good (Czech) food and the buffet breakfast served in the hotel was superb.Tried to book an extra night at the end of our stay in Saxony, but was fully booked ... says it all!
The only issue that might be unsatisfactory is that the lift (which appears to have been added fairly recently) stops mid way between floors requiring visitors to use the stairs for at least some of their journey to their room. This might be difficult for visitors with mobility problems.

The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. There was an excellent breakfast. Rooms were very clean, and nice overall.
The rooms could have used a fan, as it was extremely hot and humid, and no air conditioning. However, all of Europe was going through a heat wave to be fair. I don't think the rooms are usually unbearably hot given normal summer weather.

Everything about this hotel was top-notch. The young staff was especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with various treats offered at reception. Clean and well-maintained facilities with a small but cozy lobby. Convenient on-street parking and close to the tram stop for easy transportation.
Everything was spot on.

Great staff, great amenities, excellent breakfast.
There needed to be a fan or AC in the room at night. It was very hot with no moving air, even with the windows open. A fan would have made a lot of difference.

I recently stayed at a luxurious and comfortable hotel in Dresden. This place is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, making it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The hotel offers top-notch service, with friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The room amenities were exceptional, including tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The wi-fi in the rooms was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The hotel also had a wonderful dining restaurant where I enjoyed delicious meals.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Staff could not do more for us. They were very accomodating. Room was spotless. Hotel was very classy in an old fashioned way. Breakfast was fantastic. Free car parking.
Too far from the city centre. No air.con (only one room has air con.) No wifi in the room. Worked great in the reception area.

What a lovely surprise! We had a fantastic stay in a stunning hotel situated in a very nice area. Room was extremely spacious, with a comfortable bed and great bathroom. We enjoyed the attention to small details such as complimentary snacks and drinks. the breakfast was varied and tasty. the hotel staff was very friendly and always happy to help with recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. the location was perfect; a tram stop was located nearby, and it took us only a short ride to the city center.
None! This place exceeded our expectations and provided us with a romantic escape we will never forget. We highly recommend this gem of a hotel, and we hope to come back soon!
